How Do Wagering Requirements Work?
Wagering requirements mean that bonus funds must be bet a certain number of times before you can withdraw them. For example, if the wagering requirement is x10 and the bonus is ৳500, you'll need to place a total of ৳5,000 in bets before that bonus becomes withdrawable. Welcome bonuses at RK999 typically carry x10 to x20 wagering requirements. Daily cashback has just a x1 requirement.
A bonus may be cancelled if

- The wagering requirements are not met before the bonus expires
- Evidence of bonus abuse is found

In such cases, the original stake will be refunded.
If an Event is Cancelled or Postponed
If a match or event is cancelled, stakes for all related bets will be refunded. If an event is suspended and does not resume within the specified timeframe, the bet will be voided. In Live Betting, only bets confirmed before the event concludes are considered valid.
Maximum Payout Limit
There is a maximum payout limit for single bets, as well as a combined payout cap for multiple bets placed on the same event. These limits vary by game type and are displayed alongside each betting market. Any winnings that exceed the maximum limit on an unusually large bet will not be paid out.
